My best friend and his ex broke up around a month ago, but he's still madly in love with her and I am almost certain that she feels the same. Recently she came round to my house and I had the intention to make her realise her feelings for my friend. After a few hours of talking we were lying on my bed and we were facing eachother, slowly inching closer. We kissed and all I could think about was how I was betraying my friend, and thats all she could think about too. We agreed to never do it again but yesterday she came round again and we kissed like ten times and more passionatly. We vowed not to tell anyone but we both felt so guilty and she knew she couldn't go out with my friend again without telling him, unfortuantly he wouldnt let her tell him so I had to. He said he isnt angry just upset, but after me and her kissed she knows she loves him again for sure so I dont know if the kiss was the reason for that. I still feel really bad for it and I'm taking the blame for it all so their relationship isnt damaged more, but Im not sure if I helped them slightly be making her realise her true feelings.
I dont have feelings for the girl I kissed, it just happened, a total mistake. I actually kind of love this other girl, we arent goin out yet but everyone thinks she likes me back (and this is a completely new girl, not mentioned her before in any of my other threads related to my sucky love life)

I wouldn't worry about it dude.
It's out in the open so you don't have to piss about keeping it secret and it looks like those two are going to get back together anyway. Everyone makes mistakes and this one doesn't appear to have done any damage.
On the topic of this other girl, go for it. Just ask her. Not knowing is worse than being knocked back. I would know.
