Fed Up

It is getting to the point where I am getting incredibly pissed off with my lifestyle. I am a complete and utter nerd, spending my entire life on my computer instead of out on the street doing whatever the normal people do (see, I don't actually know). This means I don't meet girls, the reason for me not having had any proper relationships at all.
Also, my computer nerd/book geek stuff means that I am in shite physical condition. I have tried to improve this aspect of myself many times, but I just don't have the willpower to keep it going long enough to actually make a visible difference to me.
So yeah. I don't really know what I'm asking you guys for. I'm just fed up of this same crap way of life that I go through every day. I just need a change.

Jason has a similar problem and is too fed up. Perhaps with the physical fitness have someone monitoring your diet etc...?

Tom, life is not a race. Now I've been in this state of mind before and I know that saying that isn't going to convince you, but hopefully some of it will sink in. Time flies, years will pass before you even know it and looking back you'll think of all the cocky scumbags who are out getting laid at 14 and you'll see how irrelevant it all was. You're going somewhere Tom, you've got potential. You're a good looking, smart and genuinely likeable young lad and when you're off at a top university you'll laugh at yourself. Relationships may not be working out right now, but it gets easier, with a little time and experience. By the time you get you uni you'll be playing the field like everyone else, and you'll be getting better grades. In the long run Tom you're set, just keep going.
Fitness is easy, however you want to do it, just don't be one of the people that makes a new years resolution to join a gym and cancels it in February. Exert yourself in P.E to your absolute limit, it makes it ten times more fun and you'll get ten times fitter. Go for a run, even if your not running marathons, as long as you're sweating you're getting fitter.

I have heard this so many times and I know deep down that it is probably true, however my mindset still regularly ends up how it was when I wrote that post. 2009 is going to be a fucking good year.

I spend a lot of time on the computer, but I am fit and healthy. Why? Because I eat really well, and I live a fair way out of town, so I can ride my bike into town and hang out/return books or DVD's/get a smoothie. It's all about what you do with your lifestyle.
