There's this girl at school and she thinks I'm a dick, we walk by each other every day and she only gives me dirty looks. I sit in my room and..... and cry. I feel lost and confused.

Have you tried talking to her? If you talk to her, you might be able to persuade her that you aren't a dick.

Then I would say that there is very little you can do about it. If she doesn't like you, you can't force it. Just accept it and move on.
