Do you have it? Or are you comfortable in front of large groups of people?

Oh god no. You might have gathered my self confidence can get very low at times. I remember in Drama lessons at school, I always used to get nervous and screw up lines and everyone would laugh at me. When doing presentations to large groups, I'm usually fine once I've gotten over the initial fear. And yet, at other times, I'm perfectly comfortable talking to large groups, I think it may have something to do with who's in the group. You'll always be more comfortable talking to a group of people who you know will respect what you say/do rather than laughing and being horrible if you make a mistake.

I normally get really nervous and jumpy just beforehand, but I'm fine once I've got going.
And, as Shakti said, it depends entirely on who you are with.

Yea, I've been laughed at by my peers before, too, Shakti, on several occasions in several classes, so I hate public speaking.
It's so hard for me that people tell me I look like I'm having a mental breakdown while I do it. I hate that, but I can't help it. I stammer the whole time and have this desperate tremor to my voice. I visibly shake all over my body, but I still look everyone in the eye and try to smile like I'm supposed to. XD It doesn't help in my case.

I tend to shake a bit as well, but I do try my best with eye contact and all that.

When I had House Drama, last Wednesday, I was quite jumpy before had, but I got more confident because I knew I was with other people and that they would cover up if I made a mistake.
But I remembered all my lines and I was the one who had to do the covering up ;D
It all depends on what it is, and who it's with. I'm more confident doing things in front of strangers and I get really nervous when I have to do a form assembly.
