Does anyone else think that people are so rude these days? I see people in the street who feel they can talk about other people around them without them hearing. I think it's because a lot of people are used to talking about people on TV and they forget that real people CAN hear them.

I find people rude these days too. Too many people that litter, and spitting on the floor is disgusting

People are getting ruder, definitely.
The worst thing is when people talk about others behind their backs. If you have something bad to say about someone, at least have the balls to say it to their face.

Absolutely, I was going about my own buisness, happily choosing a VGA cable, and an old man told me to "shove it". I didn't move of course. I do now regret asking him for "the magic word" in a very spiteful way, but he really annoyed me. Just because he is older, he has no real rights over me. If he wants me to move, he can use the politeness he expects from me.

Rudeness is awful. I find it very irritating and rude when the bus/train is full and people just barge passed without an excuse me or sorry. Why the hell do people act like animals or some think.

Exactly, why the fuck do people think that they are excluded from politeness because they're an adult? They are not, and I have been known to tell people what I think of their rudeness.

Loool. =) Well I think if adults are rude you should just be polite back. Thats the only mature way you can deal with it.

I did, I think the comment was
Me- "Sir, what stopped you from saying excuse me? I'm always happy to move when asked" Him- "Pardon?" Me- "you're an adult right" Him- "yes" (looking cross) Me- "go learn some manners"
I admit it wasn't very clever, but it made me laugh when he was out of sight.

Rofl. When adults are rude to me I tend to just give them dirty looks. The other day I was walking home wearing shorts, converse, a big t-shirt and a blue cap. These two girls of about 16 years were cycling on the road near me. They started singign a song about me that went something like "he wanders the streets with his long hair..". They then turned around and said "Are you a boy or a girl?". I was shocked by how fuckign rude they were. I just ignored them.
