There is nothing special or good about me, I'm not bad at everything but I'm not at anything. My friends have atleast one thing there great at, all of them are smarter, better looking and more athletic then me. I ask myself why arn't i good at anything?, why arn't I that good looking, why don't I have a skill? Don't anyone say "everyone has a skill, just look". I've checked and I'm average at everything. Even total jerks at my school have good looks and a skill.

You are getting too hung up on the idea that you need to be exceptional at something to be special. However, that simply isn't the case. Whatever you are like and whatever you are good or not good at, to someone somewhere, you will be the most special person in the world.

I agree with Tom, but also remember that it is what you think about yourself that is really important. As long as you are happy with yourself, it doesn't matter how good or special you are at something compared to other people.

The day you stop caring what others think about you is the day you become a lot happier.

The day you stop caring what others think about you is the day you become a lot happier. Which is a lot easier said than done, though I do agree. Not everyone can be good at everything, as long as you're happy with what you can do, other people's opinions shouldn't matter.

Meh. I managed it. All the insults that get thrown at me for being fat/being a nerd/having internet friends don't /really/ affect me any more. It has made me so so much happier than I was before when I let all the bullshit get to me.

I know the feeling, most of the stuff my mum says to me is now something I laugh at rather than letting it hurt. Though you really aren't fat, btw. Blind people.
