Hey, since wednesday I've had this massive fever. The usual stuff like 40 degree temperatures blaheblah. Today I felt normal, I had a 37 temp and I ate loads. However just a minute ago I noticed all down my arms I had a kind of red blotchiness down it, and theres some on my back and stomach too. Thing is, I feel fine, normal temp and no fever, I even ate something. Help?

I would suggest that you go and see a doctor. Even if it turns out to be nothing, it's better to be safe than sorry.

Nothing we say can be any substitute for proper medical advice and I don't have nearly enough knowledge to even suggest a diagnosis.
So, as Shakti says, go see a doctor.

Thanks. I reckon it's just heat rash? I was reading in my cold room a few minutes ago, and what with teh fever not completely gone, going down into the kitchen (sunday dinner being made) might have been a massive heat rise. So, no school AGAIN!

I think it’s good to consultant a doctor and do a full body checkup and take medicine then you will feel better.
