I think most people have them, school subjects they actually like to sit through. Weather it's because of the subject or because of a certain teacher.
Mine is History because it's so damn interesting. I could happily prattle on about how History shows how both modern culture and geography are what they are today. Favourite little bit is the English navy from the 1700s to when Nelson died. (As you can see, total nerd.... and I love it! XD )
What about you?

Sociology is my favourite subject, hands down. It involves studying how Society affects people and visa versa. Very interesting and something I enjoy learning about. I also like History a lot though, the past is interesting and I think something important to know about, because it's shaped so much of the present day.

I loved History until I gave it up at GCSE in favour of Media Studies, which is a bloody amazing subject. One of the most interesting aspects of Media is seeing all of the little subliminal tactics that people use to get you to think in the way they want you to. It's like institutionalised mind control! ^_^

....and we all know how much we love institutionalised mind control!

Well, people would be expecting me to say ICT... But I'll actually go with Politics, as I did it for 2 years for A Level & I thoroughly enjoyed it

Sounds like a bollocks subject to me. It's actually really fascinating, you get to learn how the government works, you learn all about the different political systems, it makes current affairs much more understandable, & it's really easy to go off a tangent & waste a 90 minute lesson talking about some minor news item or minor detail ;D

The only bit that sounds interesting is the tangents.

And really? I always thought it would bore the shit out of me. Herein lies the problem: you thought, you assumed, you allowed a pre developed notion to influence your thinking with experiencing it for yourself

That's really odd because I want to do it for As. Tom, at the very least you can impress your friends with some really long speech on how Alistair Darling and his eyebrows are ruining the country without using the phrase "The credit crunch is really bad...bankers and shizzle" Think of it as a party trick. And it's really interesting!

I enjoyed mathematics very much at school. There was a very kind teacher to teach us mathematics and she taught us easy methods to solve difficult equations very quickly and accurately.
